As a result, those challenges have sent reverberations throughout the broader industry that supports them. We are honored to have had the opportunity to work with so many passionate teams. All of you are so much more than just customers; you are partners we loved collaborating and working alongside. We hope these meaningful connections and memories resonate through our equipment as it continues to support those businesses.

Decreased demand and increased pricing pressures, combined with an oversupply of used equipment in the secondary market, are just a few of the broader headwinds facing the equipment sector. These conditions have significantly impacted our ability to operate sustainably.

Unfortunately, we do not see a rapid recovery in the market or conditions that would support a return to sustainable operations in the foreseeable future. After careful consideration of these factors and the outlook ahead, we have made the difficult decision to proceed with the closure of all brands in the Middleby Brewing & Distilling Solutions Group.

Given the long lifecycle of our products and the quality of our workmanship, we are confident that our customers will be able to operate their equipment for decades to come. We want to support that effort by strategically discounting parts inventory over the coming months leading up to a planned year-end closure.
